My name is Anthony So and I am a graduate from the December 2003 USC CS class. I write because I have recently decided to pursue another opportunity and in doing so am trying to help my current company fill the vacancy. I'm not sure whether or not you are the right person to write to, so my apologies if I've guessed wrong.
The position will be located in Herndon, VA working for Kratos Defense and Security Solutions ( http://www.kratosdefense.com ). The position has not been publicly listed yet. The successful candidate would be working as a sub-contractor to Northrop Grumman on a project for the Defense Information Systems Agency.
Because of the nature of the work, the successful candidate would need to be able to obtain a security clearance, meaning this position is only open to US citizens and people who maybe didn't party as hard as others.
This position is also not well suited for someone who's looking to just code and be left alone. Coding is just a small part of the work. The broadest description of the work being done is systems integration for a one stop logistics solution utilized by the US military.
Anyone applying need not have all of the skills listed with the exception of being comfortable using UNIX/Linux, Java, software engineering concepts, and people skills.
This is something that needs to get filled immediately. If people want to send their resume on to me, I'll make sure it gets to the right people.
Thanks,
Anthony So
